Peter has lived in the Milwaukee area for fourteen years. He grew
up in LaCrosse, Wisconsin and moved to Milwaukee to attend Marquette
University. His network of real estate, finance, and legal professionals
allows him to serve as the cornerstone of your financial life here
in the greater Milwaukee area.
Experience Built On A Firm Educational Foundation
After earning his law degree from Marquette University Law School,
Peter operated a small business and held an Ethics and Compliance
Officer position for a Fortune 500 health care company. Both his
personal experience and business savvy has earned him many repeat
clients and referrals, growing his mortgage lending practice into
a well-respected service in Wisconsin. Peter’s extensive experience
and knowledge of the mortgage industry have allowed him to rise
to the top of his profession. In addition to helping hundreds of
home buyers secure funding for their home purchases, he has also
been retained as a mortgage expert to testify before the Circuit
Court in Milwaukee County.
Real Estate as an Investment
For clients interested in growing their wealth through real estate
investment, Peter can provide mortgage advice not just as a mortgage
professional, but also as a fellow real estate investor. Peter has
over five years of experience as a landlord and serves on the Board
of Directors for the Apartment Association of Southeastern Wisconsin,
a non-profit trade group which provides rental property owners with
the business, educational, and legislative support necessary to
prosper in today's rental housing market. Peter understands the
needs of today’s small residential property owner.

Peter entered the mortgage lending business to help his clients
through education and sound advice. Along with his colleagues at
KLM Mortgage Group he studies trends in mortgage lending and strives
to ensure his clients understand the mortgage products available.
By educating his clients on the mortgage process, Peter is able
to ensure that each mortgage transaction is a pleasant process from
the initial phone call to the day of closing.
